Contract Designer (US)
Ten Speed designers bring our clients’ stories to life through clean, modern visual design that enhances both usability and storytelling. You’ll create graphics, layouts, and brand assets for articles, social content, and campaign materials in collaboration with our marketing and content teams. We’re looking for designers who can combine creative flair with a strong understanding of digital performance and B2B brand design.
Contract Front-End Developer (US)
Developers at Ten Speed support our client and internal projects with technical expertise that brings websites and interactive content to life. You’ll work on Webflow and/or Wordpress builds, optimize site performance, and ensure seamless integrations between design, content, and analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable translating creative ideas into fast, reliable, well-structured code.
Contract Copywriter (US)
Ten Speed copywriters craft clear, persuasive messaging that helps B2B brands connect with their audience and drive conversions. You’ll write website copy, landing pages, and campaign assets that align with brand voice and support performance goals across the funnel. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of positioning, conversion principles, and SEO.

What are you looking for in freelancer applications?
Ten Speed works with some of the best B2B companies in the world. We value experience (B2B and/or SaaS a big plus), ability to delivery quality work on time, and expertise in verticals relevant to our clients.
How often will I get paid?
You can expect to be paid monthly, typically around the middle of the month for the work completed in the prior month.
How much do you pay?
We pay depending on experience, but we know you want more detail than that. Below are some averages rates for various roles.
Writers are paid per piece of content, typically $250-$450 each. Editors can expect $40-50/hr. Designers: $50-60/hr. Developers: $70-80/hr. (All rates are USD and averages, not guaranteed rates.)
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes! We understand that some of these roles can have overlap and you might be interested in more than one.
Submit a new application for each role you want to apply for as you may get approved for one but not another.
Do I have to be based in the United States?
It is not a strict requirement for you to be based in the United States, but we will prioritize US-based contractors when matching contractors with clients unless the client is based in another country, or the nature of the work requires experience outside of the US.
